-7 as a rational # = -7/10
-3.03 as a rational # = -33/10
-2 3/12 as a rational # = -25/12
1.03 as a rational # = 13/10
            
        -7 as a rational # = -7/10
-3.03 as a rational # = -33/10

    First look up the definiton for a rational number and then go from there.  Perhaps your textbook has a glossary or beyond that what is its meaning in a dictionary?  Vocab terms can be dicey in any language, and math is no exception.
