Jury duty is
A right, because it is discussed in the US constitution
A right, because only some citizens are required to do it.
A responsibility, because citizens citizens do it to help protect people's rights

Oh sorry forgot to put a b c d. I think it's d though.
It's both c and d. Which does your text emphasize?
Note that some cases are decided by a judge alone.

It doesn't say anything. Sorry
Thank you for trying though. I thought it was either c or d to but d looked more correct. Thanks.
Don't you think jury duty is a responsibility we all have to make sure our fellow citizens are treated fairly?
The constitution guarantees the right to a trial by one's peers. Why is that? And if no one felt responsible to serve on a jury, that sort of negates the principle involved, doesn't it? If you were accused of something and wanted to prove your innocence, but nobody had a responsibility to serve on a jury, you would not have the right to be tried in front of your peers, would you?
I HAD THIS QUESTION LAST YEAR!!!
I CHOSE D AND IT WAS CORRECT GOOD LUCK ON YOU!
