Jacob and his two friends wrote a list of things they love about America. Jacob had twice as many reasons or his list as Nathan. Nathan has 12 reasons on his list. Nathan has 4 times as many reasons on his list as Kevin. How many reasons do they have in all?

Nathan has 4 times as many reasons on his list as Kevin
----> Kevin has 1/4 of Nathans = (1/4)(12) = 3
