Here is how to make a negative command.
for tú (familiar, singular) = the "yo"
stem with the "opposite vowel + s." poner = no pongas / comer = no comas
for Ud. is the "yo" form as the stem plus the opposite vowel. poner = no ponga / comer = no coma
for Uds. is the "yo" form as the stem plus the opposite vowel + n. poner = no pongan / comer = no coman
If the verb is reflexive or there are any object pronouns (direct or indirect or both) in the negative command, they follow the no but precede the verb.
