I think this one is acceptable by observation.

"should enjoy" ? If this is a premise leading to a conclusion, I would not accept it. This was not true in the Army, nor is it true in many communities.
And, to add to what bobpursley wrote, who is doing the observation and how? What method of observation is being utilized?
