A chemical reaction is a change in which a substance reacts with a different substance usually to create a different substance or compound.
A chemical change is a change in the chemical makeup of a substance usually ending with a different sunstance but the beginning substance doesn't necessarily hev to react with anouther different substance.
Since this is not my area of expertise, I searched Google under the key words "chemical reaction change" to get these possible sources:

In the future, you can find the information you desire more quickly, if you use appropriate key words to do your own search.

I hope this helps a little more. Thanks for asking.
