What pattern do you see?

If you see ...
x = .555444333222111000999888777666555444....
that would be a rather long period for the repeat, but the one
that would make it rational.

Just because you see a "repeating pattern" does not make it rational
e.g.
x = .565566555666... has a repeating pattern, namely I am adding an
extra 5 and an extra 6 , but this would not be a rational number.
