does this look right...
mg + force of proton = mv^2/r
9.8m/s2 + 8.20 x 10^-8n = v^2/r
8.20 x 10^-8 (5.29 x 10^-11) = v^2
4.34 x 10^-18 = v^2
v= 2.08 x 10^-9
