I'm writing a research paper on Barack Obama and I have to write two paragraphs about his foreign policies. I've been researching online but I cannot find a good website. I either find blogs saying his foreign policies were a failure, or articles written at the beginning of his presidency, or extremely long articles that I cannot summarize.

Can someone please help me and give me some information on his foreign policies that I can easily write about

It is hard to identify a single, overarching "policy" in the Obama administration (or in others since the end of the Cold War). Perhaps the opening paragraphs of this article will help. I think the key phrase is "multilateralism" - working with other nations to develop policies of benefit to all, rather than the U.S. "going it alone".
