I'm reviewing my notes for my final this week and there are a couple of gaps.

Question

1. What countries (if any) today practice fascism?

2. I have something in my notes about dictators and I have Papa Doc and Baby Doc in parenthesis. What country are they associated with?

3. Examples of Procedural and Substantive Democracy. I think the U.S. is Substantive, but is there an example for procedural?

4. An umbrella IGO is where states use the organization to pursue national interests. Is there an example of that?

I appreciate any help at all.
