A. Aren't EI, MI, and physically handicapped students included in regular classes?
B. Occasionally -- but not often
C. Yes.
D. I had many learning challenged students in my regular ed classes. They were some of my favorite kids.

Notice in this type of question -- there are 3 of the answers that are negatives (the words "only," "impossible," and "impractical" should give you the sense of negative), and 1 answer that is positive.
