I'm 15 years old and I'm wondering if I can get one of those books to begin studying for the driving test already in the state of New York? Also, where can I get one?

Go to your local driver's license bureau. Most of them will have study booklets for test preparation. If you school has a Driver's Ed class, the teacher will have those booklets.

My school doesn't have a Driver's Ed class, so I'll have to go to the local driver's license bureau. So, I can get one of those booklets, even though I'm only 15?
