Clearly the outlier is 83,
so add up the rest , then divide by 6

I did that but it gave me the wrong answer

Since 83 is the outlier I got rid of it and added up 21, 23, 19, 25, 23 and 21 and got 22. Would this mean that the mean is 22?

He said add it up so all all the numbers up except the outlier...which is 83. then dived the number you get by 6. Here is the answer: B.22 easy ..
