The correlation is 0.14. The Pearson r is the correlation coefficient and is a measure of correlation, which can be positive or negative. The closer the correlation is to 0, the weaker it is. The closer to +1 or -1, the stronger it is. If you have a correlation of +1 or -1, then this is considered a perfect positive or negative correlation.
I hope this helps.
If a Pearson r is 0.14 between two tests, what is the correlation between the two?

In case you don't already know this, with a positive (+) correlation, both variables tend to increase/decrease together. With a negative (-) correlation, one variable increases, while the other decreases.
I hope this helps a little more. Thanks for asking.
