    this isn't so hard
7^2+5*7 = 49+35 = 84 < 100
8^2+5*8 = 64+40 = 104 > 100
So, any x, 8 or above, will satisfy the inequality.
If any of your choices is less than 8 (or so), it won't work. Of course, if x is negative, there are other possibilities.
