First of all learn that the adjectives have no accent mark, and the next word is a noun. the pronouns all have accent marks because they stand alone with no noun.

The first is correct.
The 2nd must be without the noun = Ése está....

The 3rd has the same error as the 2nd. = Ésa está usando...

The 4th has the same error = Ésta es encima...
