"Caucasian" is a race, not an ethnic group. There are many ethnic groups within the caucasian race, such as Spanish, Mexican, Italian, English, Irish, Scot, and many others.
In other words, it's way too broad a category for you to come up with a decent paper with enough detail to make it accurate and interesting.
I need to write an essay on some ethnic group and I have decided on Caucasian. Can some please give me some ideas of where to start?
