I need some help with a problem for Pythagorean Theorem, if you would like to help!
13.65=√6.5^2+12^2
For the problem above, I need help finding the steps to doing it, I'm one of those kinds of people that can get the problem, but not sure how I got it.
√4^2+9^2
For the problem above, I'm confused and am unsure how to get the answer.
Thanks :)

Sorry if that didn't make any sense!! lol I'm trying my best!
The square root of a squared value is that value.
e.g., √4^2+9^2 = 4 + 81 = ?
e.g., √4^2+9^2 = 4 + 81 = ?
I think you wanted
√(4^2 + 9^2) = √(16+81) = √97
But you did not include the parentheses, so PsyDAG's result is correct for what you posted.
√(6.5^2 + 12^2) = √(42.25 + 144) = √186.25 = 13.65
√(4^2 + 9^2) = √(16+81) = √97
But you did not include the parentheses, so PsyDAG's result is correct for what you posted.
√(6.5^2 + 12^2) = √(42.25 + 144) = √186.25 = 13.65
