I need help with this question. How do I code a 42 year old white male who accidentally injured his left index finger on a circular saw while working on broken shutters at home in his garage. The patient sustained a jagged laceration over the dorsal radial aspect of the index finger at the proximal interphalangeal. He had a digital block to repair . I have came up with E849.0, E016, 26540, and 01810. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
