I need help with the follwoing persuasive business letter.

Pretend that you are the newly hired business manager for the San Diego Zoo, in charge of securing group tours. You will have to plan two business messages. The first is to convince the Superintendent to allow your organization to make a presentation to the 5th graders. The second business message will be to convince the 5th graders that the Zoo would be the best place to visit on their field trip.

As you browse through the San Diego Zoo Web site, think about the two audiences that you will address and answer the following questions.

Assignment:

1. Describe your two audiences and state the specific purpose of each message.

Here is what I think the instructor is asking....I am not sure if she is asking for me to actually write out the purpose or just explain what it is:

The first audience member is the Superintendent who will invite 3 area organizations to make a presentation to the 5th graders to compete in the San Diego 5th Grade Field Trip Extravaganza.
The specific purpose of the message is to persuade the superintendent why he/she should invite our organization to make a presentation to the 5th graders to compete in the San Diego 5th Grade Field Trip Extravaganza.

The second audience is the 5th graders who will be choosing the organization to visit and the specific purpose of the message is to convince them that the zoo would be the best place to visit for their field trip.

For some reason my answer to what I think is correct didn;t show up in my 1st post. I am not sure if the teacher is asking to write the purpose or just specify what it is:

If copying and pasting didn't work, you'll probably need to type the rest of the question.
