When I read the instructions, I see "in the past AND in the future." Does that mean that each expression should have 2 sentences? I expected to find either all past and then all future, or each expression together = first in the past (for example) and secondly in the future?

Since I do not see what I expected to see, I'll just correct what I DO see!

Trouble only with #12. "deberemos tendremos" is a run-on sentence. There should be only one conjugated verb. Check the spelling also of "future" = En el futuro no deberemos tener vergënza de lo que hicimos en el pasado.
