I just need help coming up with a thesis for a paper. We are writing about the different types of love portrayed in A Midsummer Night's Dream....Forced, romantic, and frienship love. Any help with a thesis for a two page paper on the different types of love portrayed?

First, draft your essay, then see what conclusion(s) you have drawn, then write the introduction with a thesis statement.

You could add blind love, obsessive love, and even fatherly love...Egues comes off like a bit of an A-hole but it could be argued he is just looking out for her best interests in regards to not marrying Lysander and preferring Demetrius whom he perceives to be capable of taking care of his daughter.

So as far as a thesis you could say something to the affect of...
A Midsummer Night's Dream depicts a complete love spectrum ranging from genuine young love, obsessive love, fatherly love, even love that is "forced"-Shakespeares classic explores the power of love and its ability to make people completely irrational...
(something like that, just an idea)

I echo Mr Reed's comment. It is not a bright idea to start with a thesis, then make an argument. It is better to think out, analyze, then make a thesis.
