They all should work. You do not have to have the optimum load impedance at your amplifier input. Impedance matching does extract the maximum power from the component, but is not necessary.
Quite frankly, I never worry about that stuff. And I don't understand it either. You are to be commended for reading the manual with such detail.

I have studied the instruction manuals of 3 Hi Fi separates units. They are:
CD player
Cassette tape player
Cassette tape player
The outputs of these units are quoted respectively as:
2.1 V RMS
150mV/5 kilo ohms
0.775 V (0 VU) Optimum load impedance more than 50 kilo ohms.
I have also studied the input of an amplifier which is quoted as:
150mV/100kohms
How could I determine which of the outputs quoted from thr CD/cassette players would best suit the input requirement of the amplifier?
