"Use technology or a standard normal distribution table to find the area to the left of z=1.58.

Do I plug in 1.58 in my calculator to find the answer?

Find table in the back of your statistics text labeled something like "areas under normal distribution" to find the proportion/probability related to the Z score. It will be the larger portion.
