I have find the function rule for this problem x=0,2,4,6 y=1,5,9,13

first figure out the difference between the numbers in x
for x they go up by 2 s we know we have 2x plug in any of the x number from above (lets do 2) 2 times 2 is 4 but in the above number sequence you gave us the y number that correspond to x=4 is 5 so we need to add 1 to get 5
this gives us the equation 2x + 1 now check to see if this work for all the otehr numbers which it should
