I suggest you hang on for the rest of the term and then get a job and take some time off from college. You may find that you want to go back to school, or you may discover your real interests in life.
You also might see your college counselor for other ideas, including exploration of the things you are interested in.
I hate my life right now, I don't want to finish college, I want to drop out now and find something (I don't know what), what should I do?
ARGH!

MsSue is right on! You have money, energy and time invested in this semester. Those are valuable commodities. If you should ever decide to return to college, you will have that asset.
THEN, seeing your counselor would be an excellent place to start. Right now, the job market is "weird". The counselor can steer you, so that you don't waste time. Do this before the end of the semester when everyone is wanting to see the counselor.
GOOD LUCK.... and keep chugging along for a bit.
