Why was #1 not finished? You could say "training and high and long jump."

I forgot to include the following sentences. I hope you can have a look at them, too.
1) When I have PE, I usually pack a pair of shorts, running shoes, a vest and a tracksuit in my ruchsack. We play volleyball, do athletics, a bit of weight training, high and long jump (?).
2) When I go skiing, I wear a ski suit, ski boots and a cap.
3) I've been playing football since I was six years old.
4) I take sport very seriously and I'm very competitive when I play team games.
5) I play for fun and to keep fit.
Football is good for me because it keeps me fit.
6)Our sport teacher always gives (?) us some warm-up exercises followed by stretching (?) exercises (For example, we have to run around the gym twice)
7) I don't do a lot of exercise. I'm not a sports person. I support Juventus. I've supported it all my life.
