MY ANSWERS:

1)Yo se enciendo la ventiladora cuando hace calor.
2)Yo se apago la ventiladora cuando hace frío.
3)Yo uso la manta en mi cama cuando hace frío.
4)Las cosas frías en mi cocina están en la congeladora.
5)Mi ropa está en mi armario.
6)Las cortinas están en las ventanas.
7)Me lavo las manos en el lavamanos.
8)Mi madre cocina carne y arroz para la cena.

MY TEACHERS COMMENTS:

When answering the questions, please use the same verb that was in the question but conjugated for you. Also, make sure that you do not make verbs that are not reflexive, reflexive.

2. Yo apago...

No reason to use me, te, se, etc.

If you MUST, you could say Yo me enciendo = I turn on (for myself) but just follow the verb in the quetion, as your teacher commented.
