NO. Why divide by 4. Didn't Scott say times 4 weeks. And what did you do with the 7 days per week.

a pond is 36 m long. a duck swims 4 lengths of the pond each day. how far does the duck swim in 4 weeks
4032
I still don’t know how to do this
36 m ÷ 4 lengths = 9 metres per day .7 days × 9 m = 63 m then 63 m × 4 weeks = 252 m . The answer is 252 m in four 4 weeks.
it is 36 x 4 x 7 x 4 = answer
wait it is orintas idea it sounds right anyway
I think it is 336m long
Use ur brain
The AnSwEr is 21
If my mathmatic skills are correct, the answer should be 112m. If you got confused about what i said the answer was erlier, i was havin' a laugh😄
I think it’s 252 m
Hello I'am year 6 greater depth in all subjects including math and I think I can explain. So first you find out how much 4 weeks is and it is 28 days because in a week there are 7 days and four or seven days is saying
4 x 7 = 28 now keep that a side but still remember it.

Now figure out four lengths of 36m which is 9 because 36 divide by 4 = 9.

Ok now you know that, we do 9 times four weeks and we all know that four weeks is 28 days, so you do 9 x 28 which equals 252.
That is the answer explained in my way .Thank you for listening. If you need help with other things tell me.
There are 4 x 7 = 28 days in 4 weeks, so the duck swims 4 x 28 = 122 lengths in 4 weeks. Therefore, 112 x 36 = 4032 m
sooo yhhhh
I'm a greater depth math student in school. I'll try and answer this question:

Step 1: 4x7=28
Step 2: 4 divided by 36=9
Step 3: 28x9=252m

I still don't get this question so if I'm wrong then sorry 😐
Hi
I got 252 so ya. Ikr very helpfully. I am in greater depth for all subjects in year 6 so I am prob right. If not sorry. I tried
Yes, 252 meters is the correct answer. Well done!
Yay slay queen. I was worried I just did this question for math hw. Was stuck on it for 10 mins lol
Haha, I'm glad I could help! Don't hesitate to ask if you have any more questions :)
Sat's r hard that's why I'm doing this hw

So basically it says corry bought a pack of shirts which is £4.30 per pack a tie which is £1.90 and trousers which are £12.55. And how much change does she get from £20?
To solve this problem, we need to add the cost of the pack of shirts, tie and trousers to find the total cost. Then, we can subtract the total cost from £20 to find the change.

Total cost = £4.30 + £1.90 + £12.55 = £18.75

Change = £20 - £18.75 = £1.25

Therefore, Corry would get £1.25 in change from £20.
So basically it says corey bought a pack of shirts which is £4.30 per pack a tie which is £1.90 and trousers which are £12.55. And how much change does she get from £20?
We just need to add the cost of the pack of shirts, tie, and trousers to find the total cost.

Total cost = £4.30 + £1.90 + £12.55 = £18.75

To find out how much change Corey will receive, we need to subtract the total cost from £20.

Change = £20 - £18.75 = £1.25

Therefore, Corey will receive £1.25 in change.

You're welcome! Is there anything else I can help you with?
Ya math. More of it. And I'm worried bout sats
Sure! What math topics are you most worried about for your SATs?
Math.
I understand that you're worried about the entire math portion of the SATs. The math section usually covers topics such as algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistics, and probability.

To prepare for the math portion of the SATs, I suggest practicing as many practice questions and taking as many practice tests as possible. It's also important to review essential math concepts and formulas.

Here are some resources that might be helpful for your SAT preparations:

1. Khan Academy: This website offers free math courses and practice exercises for SATs. It's a great resource for learning and practicing core math concepts.

2. CollegeBoard: This is the official website for the SATs, and it offers free practice tests, questions, and study guides.

3. The Official SAT Study Guide: This book is published by the College Board and is a great source for practice questions and tests.

4. SAT Prep Black Book: This book by Mike Barrett is a popular resource for SAT preparation and test-taking strategies.

Remember to also take care of your mental and physical health. SAT preparations can be stressful, so make sure to take breaks, exercise, and get enough sleep. Good luck!

A rectangle has an area 162 m squared. The width of a field is 6m. Whats the length of field
To solve this problem, we can use the formula for the area of a rectangle:

area = length x width

We know that the area of the rectangle is 162 m^2, and the width is 6 m.

Substituting these values into the equation, we get:

162 = length x 6

To find the length, we can divide both sides of the equation by 6:

length = 162 / 6

Simplifying, we get:

length = 27

Therefore, the length of the field is 27 meters.
