I am writing an argument essay about how wedding cakes are high art. I am having trouble with how I should write my introduction paragraph. I need to write about something that will get my audience interested in my topic but how?

I wrote about the criteria for something to be considered art, it needs to have details and be made by someone with a high level of cake making experience. Then, I argued how it compares to things that are already high art such as sculptures.
