how would you separate a mixture of NaCl, Fe pellets and water

Fe comes out with a magnet. Water evaporates to leave NaCl as a solid.
A second procedure would be to filter the solution ( in which the NaCl is dissolved), Fe stays in the filter, then evaporate the water to leave NaCl.
