These new taxes were an atempt for the British to remain in control of the New World. British leaders were scared of the eminant revolt and wanted to keep bussiness in the New world in check. If colonist refused the taxes the British could refuse the goods. The colonists did not have anyone else to trade with on the large scale. Hard times ahead but independence is worth it!
is that suposed to be quotient of p and 3?
I think the answer is Fe_2S_3 (underscore meaning subscripts). But not sure how the numbers are associated. And why is Iron (II) sulfide = FeS (no subscript)?
soley...spelled wrong in the decision making...no hyphen Best of themselves in a relationship...no s tiding...spelled wrong
Okay the second one is the third answer because something like M(a+g) where m is the weight a is the acceleration and g was 9.8 so I got 844.87 the first one I still cant figure it out.
THE STATED PREMISE MAKES SENSE, BUT THE CONCLUSION IS STILL VAGUE
It is not a timed test
Hi Ali :)
The book states that the answer is one and a third i got the same answer as Rachel
no, i mean a fake car like milk jugs stuff like that
cool thanks!
Y = mx + B m= slope x= x coordinate y= y coordinate b= y-intecept thus, 5/3 is the slope and 8 is the y-intercept.
slope = -2 y intercept = -3
that is my problem it is suppose to be a 350-500 word summary and I will never be able to do it in that many words
this is what I have wrote so far There are many types of religions that exist in our world. With the emergence of so many cultures in the United States comes the existence of numerous religious views. While religions may differ in their goals and in the way they envision and present the significance of their activities, there is nevertheless a basic structure which can be found in every religion. Most of the leading religions have shared a number of characteristics, some of them are belief in a deity, a doctrine of salvation, a code of conduct, the use of sacred stories and religious rituals. Its basic characteristic is the relationship between humankind and God or lack thereof. The ideas of one family of religions, namely Judaism, Christianity and Islam are the belief of one God.
Thanks, I kept coming up with strange answers. That makes sense.
yes
Thanks for the help!
Looking to check the mathematical formula for this: You learn that for every 1,000 meters you rise in the atmosphere, the temperature drops by 6 degress C. You have the idea that if you know the temperature at the base of a mountain and its height, you can figure out the temperature at the top of the mountain.
I do not understand how to arrive at the mathematical representation. Thanks.
D= ___M___ V
F-R=T?? Something seems to be missing.
Tka for the assist.
OOOh - that one stumped me. Thanks.
8 and 3.
Thanks. I just could not figure out the mathematical representation to illustrate the above.
Nevermind everyone, I've got it.
Thank u ms. Sue. :)
Slope = Change in y / change in y How much did y change between the two points? How much did x change between the two points? Divide them.
Whoops. Slope = Change in y / change in x
The answer to this question is -3. The equations work out to be -3n-7=-2n-4, and then you can just work it out for yourself.
it stands for Mu/meter
how? can you show me please?
but if you move things around it could equal something else... like 3 = 2x^3 + x how do you solve from there?
I think we must add the whole family per head and divided the given bill.then times the number of every per head of the family in order to get a specific equal payment per head of the family. example: (1.439 peso bill philippine money) 1.439 given number.plus 2+3+5=10 per head of the family. 1.439 divide by 10xperhead of the family. 0.1439 x 2=0.2878-payment for the family of Daniel 0.1439 x 3=0.4317-family of joseph 0.1439 x 5=0.7195-family of Charles checking the equal for payment of every family P287.80 + P431.70 + P719.50 P1439

Awesome! Thanks it worked out, I had the mass of an electron wrong. That was my problem there.
In the book the examples they give have a charge to them, but they don't offer any help with this question because the don't list a charge of the electron
I just need an equation to get me started, the book does not list one that is useful. The example they give uses the equation V1 = Ke(q1/r1) the problem is I don't know q.
In the equations listed they are refering to a point charge which is different then that of 1.6*10^-19. If I were to use that in the equation it would not work. The point charge in the example is 5.00*10^-6 C
never mind wrong question for the previous response. Thanks.

I have retyped the paragraph with a few corrections that I felt were necessary. Along with the tension that goes on between Mr. and Mrs. Bennet, Charlotte and Mr. Collins' marriage is not all happy giddy. Charlotte is considerably old for a single woman at the time and because of this, she is quite eager to get married. To her, it does not matter whether she likes the groom, it matters that her future husband holds a sizable income. “Charlotte took her sister and friend over the house, extremely pleased, probably, to have the opportunity of showing it without her husband’s help. (152)" This shows that she would rather be independent than bound by a man. Elizabeth’s thought goes on to say “When Mr. Collins could be forgotten, there was really an air of great comfort throughout, and by Charlotte’s evident enjoyment of it, Elizabeth supposed he must be often forgotten. (152)” Charlotte is clearly more happy when away from Mr. Collins than with him. Therefore, the only reason for this marriage would have been for Mr. Collins' secure income. Observably, one can see that Charlotte’s morals do not include marrying for love. This reinforces the idea that wealth will not achieve happiness in any marriage. In addition to the Charlotte’s despondent marriage, Lydia and Wickham’s marriage suggests the parallel (odd phrase imo). But, this time it is Wickham, the husband, that is in the marriage for the hope of wealth rather than affection. “Though Mr. Bennet was not imagined to be very rich, he would have been able to do something for him and his situation much have been benefited by marriage. But, he found in reply to this question that Wickham still cherished the hope of more effectually making his fortune by marriage in some other country. (307)” This comes as a shock to the reader, because of Wickham’s apparent scheme. Mr. Wickham’s idea was to stay with Lydia and pretend to be deeply in love with her, this was possible because, as seen in Elizabeth’s case, he can persuade a woman, because her family had a moderate amount of money (run on sentence, try breaking up). But, he would only stay with her until a superior woman came along with more money to her name. Obviously I have no context for this essay, so I apologize if I changed something that made sense with context. Hope i help.
Find the coordinates of all points on yhe graph of y= 1-x^2 at which the tangent line passes through the point (2,0).
this is what i do with all my math work
no, because he is at a constant speed, whenever you have a constant speed there is no acceleration
my bad, drwls is right, didn't take for account that it's around the rink, so there's the centripetal acceleration to take for account
I don't understand someone help me!!
Thank you, I think I understand how to work it out now! That helped me out so much!
Thank you Damon, that helped alot...
How did you come up with that answer, I would like to learn how to work it out.
Number 1 I know is D
Thanks :D I'm 90% sure number 1 is D, but do a good way how I could do 2 or 3? If you don't mind explaining to me?
Thank you, I see where I made my error now. X^2 over x^2 becomes 1. I cancelled them out.
how are the following relations true? S(theta + pi/2) = C(theta) and C(theta + pi/2) = -S(theta)?
y=92.5 x=157.9 x+y=250.4ft
Would the derivative be e^-x (x^4-4x^3)?
Sub 0 and -4 into f(x). or f'(x)?
f(x)=x^4e^-x f(0)=0^4e^0 = 0 f(-4)=-4^4e^4 = 13977.13 I feel like i didn't do that right. It seems like a weird number for a critcal point.
f(4)= 4^4 e^-4 = 4.6888
int a = 10; int b = 5; int total = 0; printf("%d + %d = %d\n", a, b, total); printf("%d - %d = %d\n", a, b, total); printf("%d * %d = %d\n", a, b, total); printf("%d / %d = %d\n", a, b, total); /*Without an array*/ if(var == 1) { return 1; } else if(var == 2) { return 1; } else if(var == 3) { return 1; } else if(var == 4) { return 1; } else if(var == 5) { return 1; } else { return 0; } I think that is what you want, This is just simple C code. Nothing special.
carpel tunnel syndrome? is that what your asking?
I'll help you but I'm not gonna right your code for you. What are you lost on?
Sorry but I meant to say LS = cos^2x-sin^2y
sorry y(t) =4e(then the exponent -3t) all times sin(2pi*t)

I can't unscramble this. GONUENRIC It's dealing with geometry, mainly the stuff with Dilation, Rotation, stuff like that.
There are 3 different colors, so regardless of how many there are of each one, even if worst case scenario, you take out a blue sock first, then a red one and then a white one, the next color has to be one of them, so you would have a pair, so the answer is 4

you need to know the percentage of growth per year in order to be able to answer this question, because the final number depends on that percentage but for example, let's say it is 5% 2012 - 1993 = 19 years therefore, the formula would be (in millions) 171 * (1.05^19) = 432.1084834 or 432,108.483 (you can't have 4/10 of a person)
It appears Sir John did not answer the question (nine different answers) so if everyone knew their spouse, the answers were 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. Since there is no indication of who knew whom, Sir John's wife could be any of 0 through 8. There were 36 handshakes in total.

The correct answer is: Assuming both pizzas are equal diameter, thickness and weight (which is virtually impossible, but for sake of argument...) IT IS IMPOSSIBLE THAT MARTY ATE MORE PIZZA THAN LUIS. However, if Marty's pizza was LARGER than Luis's pizza by a sufficient amount (diameter and/or thickness and/or weight) then it would be POSSIBLE that Marty ate more pizza than Luis.

Your answer is correct, but the net force of an orbiting object is not zero. Objects in circular motion have a net force that points to the center of the circle that generates the centripetal force
