It would help if you proofread your questions before you posted them. Your second and third problems do not have two equations.

2x+3y=17
3x+y=31

Multiply second equation by 3.

9x + 3y = 93

Subtract one equation from the other.

-7x = -76

Solve for x, put that value in one equation to find y. To check, put both values in the other equation.
