It would help if you proofread your questions before you posted them. Your second and third problems do not have two equations.
2x+3y=17
3x+y=31
Multiply second equation by 3.
9x + 3y = 93
Subtract one equation from the other.
-7x = -76
Solve for x, put that value in one equation to find y. To check, put both values in the other equation.
how to solve
2x+3y=17
3x+y=31
then
2(x-3y)
y=3x-2 then the last one
2(x+4)
x+y=17
