How to calculate the series AC coupling capacitance? Is there an equation for this?

Thank you for any help

Xc =< 0.1(Rs+Rl). = The capacitor's
Reactance.
Rs = The source resistance.
Rl = The load resistance.

Cc = 1/(W*Xc) = 1/(W*0.1(Rs+Rl)) =
Coupling capacitor in Farads.

W = 2pi*F.
F = Frequency in Hertz.
Rs and Rl in ohms.
