How is Stiochmetry or anything that has to do with quantities in chemical reaction used in everyday like except for making cakes?

Have you ever adjusted a carburetor? Have you ever smoked BBQ (note that air vent).
Every chemical reaction involves definite mole ratios. That is the meaning of stoichiometry. A baking cake involves several complex chemical changes with precise mole ratios of reactants and products to each other. That is difficult to show and has little to do with the proportions of ingredients in the recipe.
The chemical reactions in our body and other living organisms, are stoichiometric but it would not be easy to show it. Combustion in a furnace, a stove, or a car engine involves precise ratios of oxygen to fuel to release the most energy. That is a little easier to show.
