A sequence is arithmetic if the difference between consecutive numbers is always the same

So for #1
2nd - 1st = -3 - (-7) = 4
3rd - 2nd = 1 - (-3) = 4
4th = 3rd = 5 - 1 = 4

Yes, it is arithmetic

Use the same method for the others.
