Do you want the familiar, singular command (tú) or the forma (usted) command, singular or plural? That is the first thing you need to know!

(tú) Revisa todos los tiempos de verbos.

(usted) Revise todos los tiempos de verbos.

(ustedes) Revisen todos los tiempos de verbos.

Most textbooks do not use vosotros/vosotras for familiar plural, but here it is): Revisad todos los tiem pos de verbos.
