How do you make CIF2 into a Lewis Structure

Are you sure there is no charge on the ClF2. ClF2 has 21 electrons and that doesn't fit the octet rule.
If it has no charge, I would do it as
F:Cl:F
and put 6 more electrons around each F and two more top and bottom on the Cl. That leaves one extra electron which I would place on the Cl.

Which makes the Cl have 5 electrons not shared with F and two pairs of electrons shared (one pair with each F).
