literally with the Present Perfect Tense
Decide if you want familiar (tú/vosotros/vosotras), singular or plural, or formal (usted/ustedes) I'll give you the tú form:

¿Has estado estudiando tu manual de conductor?

It would be more likely to use the Preterit = did you study... ¿estudiaste...?
