The Social Contract Theory pretty much says that “all individuals are born equal, and provided a god given right to consent to be governed.” American Government is based on this. Both Thomas Hobbes and John Locke said that we are selfish, individualistic, and constantly at war with each other, and that we need to be controlled because of this. Hobbes takes control of the part of government that deals with controlling human behavior, where Locke is the part of government that uses force.

yes thank you so much all multiple choice are correct however don't copy these essay questions you can get in trouble for plagiarism. here is what i put for 34 try to put it in your own words and mix it a little. mine hasn't been graded but it is better than leaving it blank.

34. Government regulations can help prevent market failure as well as unfair competition. However, this can hurt a business' way of efficiency during competition. As an example, a country can restrict certain goods from being imported from foreign countries which provides less material variety that can cause an economic downfall.
