hi, i'm not sure if you are allowed to do this but i don't understand this question and i could use a little help writing a paragraph. Historically, American have had negative perceptions about Communism and Socialism. Using proper grammar, punctuation and spelling please offer a minimum of two reasons why American's have these perceptions. thank you!

I would include:
Negative behavior of some of the leaders of Communist states. I mean for example Stalin and Mao but there are plenty. Independent of the value of the underlying communist or socialist ways of governing, the leaders make them look terrible. Americans in general do not feel that way about Sweden or the Netherlands which are pretty socialistic.
The American history of worshiping capitalism.
Perhaps you can come up with more.
