I always have trouble and get confused with imperative and declarative sentences and I've already looked up the meanings but I'm still not so sure about it.

An imperative is like an order. You are correct in your choice.
Declarative is a statement of fact or otherwise merely a statement. Rethink your answer.
I disagree with Reed about your second answer. D is correct.
