Take each sentence by itself. Find the subject (who or what is being talked about); then find the verb. Example:
The service and loyalty ( I owe in doing it) pays itself.
Subject - service/ loyalty
Verb - pays
Direct object - itself
Adjective clause - I owe in doing it
