Health Goals Portfolio
Part 1: Reflection
After I finish high school, I would like to pursue a career in health and wellness. I aspire to become a certified fitness coach and help others lead healthier lives while maintaining my own physical and mental wellbeing.
How might my lifestyle choices and my total health positively or negatively affect my ability to reach these goals?
My lifestyle choices, including my diet, exercise routine, and stress management, will significantly impact my ability to pursue this career. Positive choices, such as maintaining a balanced diet and an active lifestyle, will enhance my physical health and provide credibility in my career as a fitness coach. Moreover, ensuring good mental and emotional health will enable me to connect better with clients. Conversely, if I neglect my health through poor eating or lack of self-care, it may lead to burnout or health issues, which would hinder my ability to perform effectively in my future role.
