Thank you for using the Jiskha Homework Help Forum. This is the 3rd time I've tried to answer your question, so this is part of my answer. No, I do NOT have the solution for you but I can tell you what will not work.
First of all, be absolutely positive you have copied the 2 cryptic messages and the code correctly. There are 27 letters in each of the 2 messages. That could mean that there are 7 blanks, 7 letters, or you must also consider punctuation. The code as it is does not work with the messages. I wrote it out but could not determine how to get the letters that were missing, so possibly you need not even consider those. If you transpose each of the 3 letters in the message you can make the code work as it is, assuming you must not change the code.
I suggest you do a GOOGLE search for "cryptogram" because I found some solvers there but that is what continually threw me offline.
