It is wrong but only in places and I don't understand why you made those errors.
molecular equation is
H2SO4(aq) + 2NH4OH(aq) ==> (NH4)2SO4(aq) + 2H2O(l)
CIE:
2H^+(aq) + SO4^2-(aq) + 2NH4^+(aq) + 2OH^-(aq) ==> 2NH4^+(aq) + SO4^2-(aq) + 2H2O(l)

NIE: 2H^+(aq) + 2OH^-(aq) ==> 2H2O(l)
2NH4OH + H2SO4 —> (NH4)2SO4 + 2H2O Next line: 2NH4^+1 +2OH^-1 + SO4 ^-2 + 2H2O Next line 2OH ^-1 + 2H^+1 —> 2H2O
You have to cancel out all of the spectator ions
