Graph the line with slope -1 passing through the point (-4,-1).

1 answer

plot the point (-4,1)

to get a slope of -1 , you could go up 4, the left 4,
(or up 10, then left 10) or (up 212, then left 212), etc
since slope is rise/run , all you need is rise : run = k : -k, , that is, go up and left by the same value.
