Hund rule -> fill from bottom to top
Pauli -> first you fill orbitals with one spin and then the other
ex. if you have 4 electrons in p orbitals

I don't understand your trouble here.
6C is 1s2 2s2 2p2. If you want boxes with electrons in them we can't draw that on this forum.
