2. Drink enough water every day.
3. Get a good sleep.
4. Exercise on a regular basis.
5. Eat fresh fruit and vegetables.
6. Take a walk every day.
7. Sleep more than 7 hours a day.
8. Eat brown rice.
9. Swim twice a week.
10. Have a good hobby.
11. Go to hospital regularly.
12. Go to see a doctor when you feel bad.
Don'ts
13. Don't eat fast food.
14. Don't drink.
15. Don't smoke.
16. Don't skip breakfast.
17. Don't eat too much.
18. Don't stay up all night.
19. Don't play computer games too much.
20. Don't play games on the phone too often.
21. Don't feel stressful.
22. Don't fight with your friends.
23. Don't eat sweets too much.
24. Don't make your body feel cold whhen you sleep.
25. Don't make your body cold.
