Five sentence paragraph. Preparing for a test should start the first day in class this includes paying attention in class,taking good notes,review all assignments on a regular basis. Budget your time make sure you set aside time to study. Ask your teacher to specify the area that will be emphasized on the test. Go to study group if there is one available. Go over any material from practice test, class notes, and textbook. Get a good night sleep "don't pull a all nighters" and eat before the test.

Your first sentence is a run-on sentence. It could be three. Your second sentence could a a compound sentence by adding a semi-colon between "time make" or two sentences.
I would make "don't pull all nighters" a parenthetical, r separate it with commas.

If you MUST confine your paragraph to five sentences, the first sentence can be a cogent sentence by making it all agree. "...the first day of class, including paying... and reviewing..."
